Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Website/Shopify Executive to join our team. This role is essential for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving online sales. You will be responsible for maintaining product listings, optimizing site functionality, and collaborating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the Shopify platform, including maintaining product listings, inventory, and pricing.
  • Optimize the website’s user experience (UX) by applying best practices in design, navigation, and checkout to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth online shopping experience.
  • Analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing conversion rates and improving overall site functionality.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness on the website.
  • Ensure the website is SEO-optimized and mobile-responsive, delivering a seamless experience across all devices.
  • Continuously research and integrate new apps, plugins, and tools that can enhance the website and Shopify store performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify stores or e-commerce websites.
  • Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform, including apps, plugins, and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in using e-commerce analytics tools to track performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them quickly.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web design principles for e-commerce.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and customer support).
