Founding Team Generalist – Stance

Location: Bangalore, Onsite
Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Founding Team Generalist to help build and scale Stance from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be involved in various functions across product, operations, marketing, and strategy. You will work closely with the founders to drive growth, shape company culture, and contribute to high-impact decisions. As an essential part of the founding team, your performance will be directly linked to an equity stake in the company, allowing you to share in Stance’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development: Work with the product and engineering teams to define features, improve user experience, and help craft the product roadmap.
Operations & Strategy: Manage daily operations, assist in strategic decision-making, and build partnerships to scale the business.
Marketing & Growth: Support growth initiatives, user acquisition, and community engagement strategies to drive platform usage.
Content & Community: Help build and nurture a community of users and content creators, contributing to content strategy and organizing community events.
Investor Support: Assist in investor relations, pitch deck creation, and fundraising, contributing to high-level presentations and investor updates.
Data & Analytics: Analyze user behavior and platform data to drive insights that inform product development and marketing strategies.
Flexibility: Be ready to adapt and take on new challenges as needed in a dynamic startup environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college .
Experience in product development, operations, marketing , or business development .
Prior experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A passion for Gen Z culture , trends, and unfiltered conversations.
A growth mindset , with the drive to continuously experiment, learn, and iterate.
