This includes 8 public holidays, 15 days of summer and winter vacation, which we take across the studio, as well as 25 days of annual leave, across vacation, casual, and sick leaves.All full-time employees at Quicksand are covered under annual medical insurance (including spouse and children) for a value of Rs. 5 lakhs annually.Employees are provided necessary infrastructure, including laptops.Our studio offers delicious meals prepared in-house.
Job DescriptionQuicksand is seeking a senior associate in product management in our Delhi studio, who can work with a team of young designers. We are looking for someone who will inspire both teams and clients and build compelling stories and meaningful business strategies. The ideal candidate excels in interdisciplinary teams and collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Some specific responsibilities of this role include being able to:Gather domain expertise by immersing yourself into the context through extensive secondary and primary research, industry analysis and market scanningFollow and drive first principles approach to problem solving for your products and at the same time, leverage data to support your point of viewGet familiar with the strategic context of the product and the business to ascertain how it translates into the product roadmapCollaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders to shape product requirementsBring an analytical mindset to weigh opportunities and trade-offs to derive priorities for developmentCreate detailed requirements and work closely with engineering to ship features in timeDrive superb execution against the plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussions via frequent, clear communication (both internally and with customers)Leverage design and data tools to convey your point of view on product features and issuesBe comfortable with leading workshops and discussions with clients around product and tech
What we are looking forA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Product Management or Business Studies from a leading program in India or abroad4-6 years of professional work experience that clearly demonstrates a capacity for and success in leading the development of digital product solutions, preferably in a consulting or research practice.Expertise with Google Analytics and similar usage analytics toolsWorking knowledge of large language models and Generative AI technologiesGood understanding of APIs, programming languages, front-end technologies and cloud computingExcellent communication skillsNice to have: SQL, Prototyping skills on FIgmaExcellent written and oral communication skills in English. Knowledge of any other languages (including Hindi) would be a definite plus but not mandatoryAbility to think critically and have exceptional attention to detailSome evidence of independent creative work would be viewed very positivelyA roll-up-your-sleeves attitude towards your work

LocationThe position will be based in Delhi, India. You will work with colleagues across our studio locations. The job will also involve meeting and working with diverse people and communities for projects, as well as travel to workshops, client meetings, and the occasional company offsite.
