The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and securing software development projects and sourcing clients seeking tech talent, both in India and overseas. This role requires a proactive approach to building client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients in India and international markets who require software development services or tech talent. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT project needs and talent requirements. Sales for Software Development: Pitch TriaTech Network’s software development services, including custom software, web/mobile app development, and IT consulting, to secure projects. Talent Solutions Sales: Promote TriaTech’s tech talent acquisition services, connecting clients with skilled IT professionals for contract or permanent roles. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to position TriaTech Network as a preferred partner. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the company’s CRM system. Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand TriaTech’s network and generate leads. QualificationsExperience: 3-4 years of proven experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in software development or IT staffing. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A technical background or understanding of IT services is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of software development services (e.G., web/mobile apps, cloud solutions, IT consulting). Knowledge of IT staffing and talent acquisition processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with IT markets in India and globally (e.G., US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions).
