About Us:

We are a growing B2C-focused business school/service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality learning and practical solutions for students and professionals. To strengthen our academic and training programs, we are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Marketing who can contribute their expertise on an hourly engagement model.

Role Overview:

The SME in Marketing will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and delivering content, case studies, and insights aligned with modern B2C marketing practices. The role requires deep subject expertise, practical exposure, and the ability to guide learners with industry-relevant knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and deliver marketing-related content, learning materials, and case studies.
  • Conduct online/offline lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions as required.
  • Provide insights on the latest B2C marketing trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to design course modules, assessments, and projects.
  • Support learners by resolving subject-related queries during sessions.
  • Ensure content and delivery are practical, engaging, and industry-relevant.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of academic or industry experience in Marketing, preferably in B2C-focused roles.
  • Strong knowledge of current marketing practices, tools, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work on an hourly, flexible schedule.

Compensation:

  • Hourly-based payment as per experience and expertise.

Ideal Candidate:

A passionate marketing professional with a mix of academic and industry experience who enjoys mentoring learners and providing practical, real-world insights in B2C marketing.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹ ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
