Automation test lead

Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage automation and performance testing for MD365 F&O projects.• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium Web Driver, Java, Test NG, and Maven.• Implement and scale Leapwork automation for Dynamics 365 F&O and related enterprise systems.• Conduct performance testing using tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or Azure Load Testing and identify performance bottlenecks.• Develop and execute API automation scripts using Rest Assured for system and integration testing.• Drive test strategy, planning, and execution across Agile/Scrum sprints.• Collaborate with development and Dev Ops teams to integrate automated tests within Azure Dev Ops pipelines (CI/CD).• Perform detailed performance analysis and reporting with recommendations for optimization. • Conduct root cause analysis of UAT and production issues to ensure long-term quality improvements.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers and business testers on automation best practices.Must-Have Skills:• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium Web Driver for web and API automation.• Proven experience implementing Leapwork automation across Dynamics 365 F&O and other enterprise systems.• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional and technical modules.• Experience in performance testing using Gatling, JMeter, or similar tools.• Proficiency in Core Java, Test NG, Maven, and Rest Assured.• Working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Docker, Sonar Qube, and Git Hub.• Experience with test management tools like Azure Boards, JIRA, or HP Quality Center.• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance optimization.Good-to-Have Skills:• Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) testing.• Knowledge of Power Shell scripting for automation and performance enhancement.• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail domains.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise testing frameworks.
