Job SummaryMoris Media is looking for a personable and service-oriented
Client Relationship Manager (Digital Doctor)
to manage and nurture long-term relationships with our international and domestic B2B clients. The role is centered on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and continued growth by understanding clients' goals, addressing their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving client success by being their trusted partner and supporting their business goals.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain robust, long-term relationships with both international and domestic B2B clients.Prioritize and respond to client needs, ensuring they are fully satisfied with our services and maintain ongoing engagement.Understand clients' business or personal goals, competition, and proactively pitch relevant services or new product launches.Work closely with internal teams to coordinate services and ensure alignment with client expectations.Receive and analyze client feedback, implementing improvements to enhance our service delivery.Promptly resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring positive outcomes and continued trust.Proactively seek opportunities to exceed client expectations, offering value-added services to foster loyalty.Prepare and present performance reports, service enhancements, and strategies tailored to client needs.Stay updated on industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights to clients.

QualificationsEducation:
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or in a similar B2B, client-facing role.Strong understanding of relevant industries, client business models, and goals.Expertise in managing client KPIs, with a focus on analyzing performance and delivering tailored solutions.Experience with CRM software and strong data analysis skills.Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong telephonic abilities.
Mandatory RequisitesLaptop or desktop with up-to-date configurations.High-speed internet connection for seamless work-from-home operations.Strong oral and written communication skills.Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Patience, diplomacy, and a career-oriented mindset.
