Overview: As a NetworkSecurity professional you will play a critical role in ensuring thesecurity and integrity of our organizations network infrastructure.Your expertise in implementing and maintaining security measureswill be essential in safeguarding our network from potentialthreats and vulnerabilities.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design implementand maintain network security measures including firewallsencryption and intrusion detectionsystems.
  • Conduct regular security assessmentsand risk analysis to identify potentialvulnerabilities.
  • Monitor network traffic forany unusual activities and potential securitybreaches.
  • Implement and manage VPNs for secureremote access.
  • Develop and implement securitypolicies procedures and standards for the organizationsnetwork.
  • Respond to security incidents andconduct forensic investigations whennecessary.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure security requirements are integrated into thenetwork infrastructure.
  • Stay updated with thelatest security trends tools and technologies to recommend andimplement security enhancements.
  • Conductsecurity awareness training for employees to promote a culture ofsecurity best practices.
  • Perform regularsecurity audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence toindustry standards andregulations.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • Professional certification such as CISSPCISM or CISA is highly preferred.
  • Provenexperience in network security including firewall administrationand intrusion detection.
  • Expertise inimplementing and managing VPNs for secure remoteaccess.
  • Familiarity with risk assessmentmethodologies and tools.
  • Strong understandingof encryption techniques and bestpractices.
  • Knowledge of security standards andregulations such as ISO 27001 NIST andGDPR.
  • Experience in conducting securityassessments and penetration testing.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills with a keen attention todetail.
  • Strong communication and collaborationskills to work effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Ability to stay current with emergingsecurity threats andtechnologies.
