Roles & Responsibilities:
Tunez is seeking a proactive and versatile Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams. This is a unique 3-month unpaid internship offering exposure to various aspects of business operations, including marketing, sales, finance, product development, and technology. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered full-time roles with an industry-standard package.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support: Assist the founder in planning, strategizing, and executing key business initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, finance, product development, and technology teams to support project execution.
Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Operational Tasks: Help streamline processes, track project milestones, and manage cross-departmental communication.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support decision-making in various business functions.
Presentations & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Identify challenges and suggest actionable solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
Learning & Adaptation: Quickly adapt to new tasks and acquire knowledge across diverse business areas.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of marketing, sales, finance, product development, and technology.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
