Founder's Office and Production Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as a Founder's Office and Production Assistant Intern . This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in business operations and production management. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the founder with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, emails, and meeting coordination.
Conduct research, create presentations, and draft reports to support strategic initiatives.
Help track and follow up on key projects to ensure timelines are met.
Manage internal and external communications effectively.
Coordinate production schedules and communicate updates to the team.
Assist in maintaining inventory, ordering materials, and liaising with vendors.
Monitor production quality and address minor issues proactively.
Help document processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Organize files, records, and meeting notes for easy access.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ad-hoc projects.
What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duration: 3 months internship and willing to convert to full time
Stipend: 10k per month during the internship period.
