Location: Onsite- Vibhuti Khand- Lucknow

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated C2C & W2 Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals on Corp-to-Corp (C2C) and W2 positions with our clients and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for C2C and W2 positions through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and other channels.
  • Work extensively with consultants on C2C, H1B, Green Card, US Citizens, and EADs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with candidates and vendors.
  • Submit qualified resumes to clients and follow up for interview schedules, feedback, and closures.
  • Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets (submissions, interviews, and closures).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15 years of proven experience in US Staffing as a C2C/W2 Recruiter.
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and immigration statuses.
  • Hands-on experience with major job boards and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with direct clients and tier-1 vendors.
  • Strong networking skills to build consultant/vendor pipelines.
  • Ability to handle full recruitment cycle independently.
