Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, Sales and Strategy in the Residential Real Estate division, based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and overseeing customer service excellence. The Assistant General Manager will also lead team management efforts, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and targets. Qualifications Sales expertise, including the ability to drive results and develop effective sales strategies. Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Team Management abilities, with experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating teams. General Management skills to oversee operations and alignment with broader business objectives. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Residential Real Estate or related sectors will be an advantage. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
