Customer Support Specialist

Customer Support-Inbound Calls.
Primary Role:
i)Providing voice support to incoming calls
ii)On an average will be receiving 150-175 calls in a day.
Requirement:
Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. Any Bachelors Degree or must be a Graduate (Candidates pursuing Graduation are not eligible).
Salary:
INR 15000 to 21000 in hand per month i.e. CTC: 1.80 LPA to 2.52 LPA (Non Negotiable). Performance Incentive of INR 5000 per month on achievement of Call Targets.
Selection Procedure:
Round 1-Telephonic Round with the Recruiter, candidate will be evaluated on Language proficiency.
