Job OverviewThe Business Development Executive is responsible to execute the sales engine of the organization to achieve the organizational goals as measured by various sales parameters.Job DescriptionJob position: Business Development Executive (Grade IE)Job Location: BangaloreIndustry: eLearningDepartment: SalesShift: Day (Monday Friday, 9AM 6PM)Employment type: Full-timeRounds of Interview: Face to face interview HR roundJob Role:1. Generate own leads, Nurture the assigned leads.2. On time responses to Online Leads.3. Smart use of technology/tools and adjust the content of sales pitch by matching customer requirements.4. Study existing and potential sales in the market (in their assigned regions, if any) and build valuable connections.5. Keeps manager informed by notifying on the daily activities, such as calls, work plans, and updated Quarterly sales pipeline.6. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc..7. Being attentive in the Customer success team’s effort in resolving the tickets of your clients.8. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings.9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.10. Proactively designs processes and sales strategies keeping in mind the organizational goals.Job SpecificationQualification required: UG or above.Experience: 0 2 yearsRequired Skills:1. Excellent English communication (Verbal and Written).2. Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills, competency in networking.3. Strategic Thinking and Good analytical skills.4.
