JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSupporting Function while achieving team goal:Plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the entire teamConsolidate targets and objectives set by teamMonitor job as per schedule and visit site accordinglyMonitor performance of team members and support them in achieving their planned target.Visit major customers to solve their queries unanswered by supervisors, take policy decisions if required & maintain good relationship with customer which will develop rapport between customer and organizationAdditional ResponsibilitiesUpdating FLSPPrepare Business plan for his area of operationsManpower planningPrepare rolling plan for the year for his areaVisit major contracts and major buildingsAddress problems of employees and supervisorsDo monthly planning of completionsEnsure safety at workWork as a team with sales staff to meet customer requirements.Undertake survey and estimate man hours for S/IND orders.Involve/ support to MOD sales execution.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSMinimum- BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)Preferred- Electrical supervisors’ licenseEXPERIENCEOverall 6 – 7 years as a SupervisorANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIREDTeam HandlingIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
