JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Function while achieving team goal: Plan & schedule jobs in consultation with the entire team Consolidate targets and objectives set by team Monitor job as per schedule and visit site accordingly Monitor performance of team members and support them in achieving their planned target. Visit major customers to solve their queries unanswered by supervisors, take policy decisions if required & maintain good relationship with customer which will develop rapport between customer and organization Additional Responsibilities Updating FLSP Prepare Business plan for his area of operations Manpower planning Prepare rolling plan for the year for his area Visit major contracts and major buildings Address problems of employees and supervisors Do monthly planning of completions Ensure safety at work Work as a team with sales staff to meet customer requirements. Undertake survey and estimate man hours for S/IND orders. Involve/ support to MOD sales execution.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum- BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)

Preferred- Electrical supervisors’ license

 

EXPERIENCE

Overall 6 – 7 years as a Supervisor

ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED
