Policies, Team Management.in continuous development and implementation of human resource policiesmeaningful data to recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives and strategy.people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.with line managers & team members to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnoverstructured approach towards Stay interviews and Exit interviews and design action plan/ initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employeesin building a work environment conducive to change management and cultural transformationof Rewards & Recognition interventions to increase employee engagementrelevant Records & MIS reportsDESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILEGood experience of handling People mattersHigh degree of knowledge on HRMIS / online applications. Hands on experience in HRMS implementation will be an added advantageGood communication skills including the ability to liaise across all levels in the organizationStrong presentation skillsTeam player, Good time-management skillsAdaptable and able to manage changeExcellent MS Office skills will be an advantageOpen to frequent travel
