Job Title: Tech Lead – Python Full Stack Developer (AI & Saa S)Experience: 4+ yearsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeContact Person -Anuja DeshmukhContact number- About the RoleWe are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered Saa S solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of AI-driven Saa S products using modern full-stack technologies.Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / Fast API).Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control.Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices.Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).Technical SkillsProgramming: Python (Django / Flask / Fast API), Java Script (React / Angular / Vue)Database: Postgre SQL / My SQL / Mongo DB / RedisCloud & Dev Ops: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins / Git Hub Actions)AI Integration: Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, Open AI/LLM integrations preferredVersion Control: Git, Git Hub / Git LabOther Tools: REST APIs, Graph QL, Web Sockets, Microservices architecturePreferred QualificationsExperience with AI or ML-based Saa S products.Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics.Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
