Job Title: Tech Lead – Python Full Stack Developer (AI & Saa S)Experience: 4+ yearsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered Saa S solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven Saa S products using modern full-stack technologies.- Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / Fast API).- Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js.- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.- Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control.- Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices.- Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).Technical Skills- Programming: Python (Django / Flask / Fast API), Java Script (React / Angular / Vue)- Database: Postgre SQL / My SQL / Mongo DB / Redis- Cloud & Dev Ops: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins / Git Hub Actions)- AI Integration: Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, Open AI/LLM integrations preferred- Version Control: Git, Git Hub / Git Lab- Other Tools: REST APIs, Graph QL, Web Sockets, Microservices architecturePreferred Qualifications- Experience with AI or ML-based Saa S products.- Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics.- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.-
