Roles & ResponsibilityEnsure compliance with health and safety programs such as the Mentor Mentee program, safety patroller activities, and safety interactions.Supervise administrative staff and promote a productive work culture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects aimed at improving the quality of the workplaceLead the effort to digitize office space management processes and upgrade the complaint management portalEstablish and maintain a system for monitoring the quality of food provided in the canteen aiming for zero complaints and to meet legal compliance standards.Identify and implement digital solutions to streamline administrative tasks and enhance efficiency.Foster strategic vendor partnerships to optimize procurement and reduce costs.
Candidate Profile60% and above throughout the educationBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).A minimum of 10 years of experience in plant administration or related roles, preferably within the Mining industry or a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to drive change and improvement initiatives, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
