About thejob

We are seeking an experiencedand highly skilled professional to join our team as a SalesforcePardot Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. In thisrole resources will be responsible for leveraging their expertisein Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud to design implement andoptimize marketing automation solutions that align with businessgoals. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of handsonexperience in Salesforce Pardot and Marketing Cloud developmentwith a proven track record of successful implementation andintegrationprojects.

Responsibilities

PlatformIntegration And DataManagement:

  • Handsonexperience in administration setup e.g. managing users securitycontrols and data as well as creating roles profiles andreports.
  • Experience in designing customobjects custom fields picklists page layouts workflow approvalprocesses validation rules custom tabs reports Visualforce pagesdashboards and email generation according to applicationrequirements.
  • Integrate Salesforce Pardot andMarketing Cloud with Salecloud other systems such as Salesforce CRMto ensure seamless data flow and accuratereporting.
  • Implement data cleansing andsegmentation strategies to maintain data quality and enhancetargeting capabilities. Analytics andReporting:
  • Create custom reports anddashboards in Salesforce to track and measure the effectiveness ofmarketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement based on dataanalysis.
  • Translate functional requirementsinto technical requirements.
  • Take ownership ofproject work and developing client relationships (should be aconfident selfstarter)
  • Identify bugs and alignwith requirements during debugging.
  • Write testclasses for the class that you develop and ensure more than 80%code coverage.
  • Test bug fixes to make surethey work as per requirements then deploy them toproduction

MarketingAutomation Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand businessobjectives and design marketing automation strategies that drivelead generation nurturing and customerengagement.
  • Develop and execute endtoendmarketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Pardot andMarketingCloud

Salesforce PardotExpertise

  • Configureand customize Salesforce Pardot to meet business requirementsincluding the creation of landing pages forms email templates andautomation rules.
  • Implement lead scoringmodels and optimize them based on campaign performance and leadbehavior.

SalesforceMarketing CloudDevelopment

  • Design andbuild complex journeys and automations within Salesforce MarketingCloud to support marketing and communicationinitiatives.
  • Develop AMP script and SQLqueries for personalized content and data manipulation within theMarketingCloud.

CollaborationAnd Training

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment betweenmarketing automation efforts and broader businessobjectives.
  • Conduct training sessions forendusers to maximize the utilization of Salesforce Pardot andMarketing Cloudfunctionalities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in delivering Salesforce or marketingautomation projects
  • Successfully completed atleast two Pardot implementations
  • At least 2years experience working handson with Pardot
  • Certified Pardot Specialist
  • Certified PardotConsultant
  • At least 2 years B2B marketingexperience ideally at agency level.
  • Excellentcommunication interpersonal and clientfacingskills.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus ondelivering highquality software solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliancerequirements.
