We are committed to our clients’ long-term success and combine global reach with local client attention to serve them in over 50 countries around the globe.· Job Title: Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant· Location: Bangalore· Experience: 8+ yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills:Oracle EBS HRMS Functional ConsultantAs a seniorlevel Business Applications Engineer Level IV you will lead the design development integration and optimization of enterprise business systems that support operations content supply chain and media workflows This role demands deep technical expertise crossfunctional collaboration and leadership in scaling and enhancing missioncritical business platformsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable business application solutionsLead technical architecture integrations APIs middleware and system enhancements across platforms like mediaspecific business toolsCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutionsGuide junior engineers and serve as a technical escalation pointPerform data modeling workflow automation scripting and configurationEnsure system security compliance and performance tuningOversee testing deployment and change management processesDocument system architecture processes and best practicesDesign develop and implement Oracle EBS applicationsCustomize and configure Oracle EBS modules Financials SCM HRMS etcWork on integrations and system migrationsDevelop Reports Forms Workflows Apex and OAF customizationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesGather analyze business requirements and perform FitGap analysisExplain business requirements to other project team membersProvide Root Cause Analysis and recommended resolutionsCommunicate effectively with all levels of business users technical teams and managementProvide strong support for Oracle EBS modules INV PO OMAP AR GLStrong understanding of business processes in finance HR or media operationsExcellent problemsolving architecture and documentation skillsMedia Entertainment industry experience eg broadcast scheduling licensing rights management toolsAgile ITIL or PMP certification
