Key Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests from employees, managers, and external partners in a multinational environment. Provide high quality customer service for managers and employees including during the employee’s lifecycle, collaborating with other departments to provide overall timely resolutions to inquiries or issues. Monitoring of HR Shared services communication channels (shared email box, ticketing system) and actioning, escalating, distributing appropriately. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Manage a portfolio of activities in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities. Manage requests within SLA and smaller-scale ad hoc projects to deadline, demonstrating close attention to details. Complete administrative activities associated with employee record management such as preparation of confidential letters. Support all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle to ensure a smooth employee, manager, and HR experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to work effectively across cultures. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous experience of working with Workday is essential. Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role Proficient in using MS Office Suite Professional attitude within a confidential environment.

Education:

A professional qualification/certification in Human Resources is a plus. English: fluent
