Short summary:
We need an Office Engineer to coordinate field teams, manage customer communications, job scheduling and ensure timely closure of service requests.

Key responsibilities:

  • Schedule & dispatch field engineers; maintain daily job logs.
  • Coordinate with customers for site access, feedback and closure reports.
  • Track spares, raise purchase requests and support billing handoffs.
  • Maintain service documentation and follow up on escalations.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Diploma / Bachelor in Electronics / IT / Business or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years experience coordinating field operations (preferably security/CCTV/A/V).
  • Good communication, MS Excel / ticketing familiarity.
  • Customer-facing, organized and responsive.
