Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support our hiring for Core IT and Cybersecurity roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a background in Computer Science or Information Technology. Key Responsibilities Cold Calling, Sourcing and screening candidates for IT and cybersecurity positions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements. Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Support end-to-end recruitment activities for niche technology roles. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Prior experience or training in technology (cybersecurity/it) and talent acquisition. Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus. Why Join FLUIDECH?
