Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, design, execution, and supervision of civil engineering projects such as buildings, infrastructure, roads, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work complies with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other engineers for project integration.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and timelines.
  • Handle quality control, documentation, and project reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that may arise on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹70, ₹75,000.00 per month
