We are hiring for BD Intern role at Propelld. Please find the details as follows:
About Company:
Propelld is a new age lending startup focusing in the education market doing an annual INR 1,000cr disbursal,
backed by WestBridge Capital (largest in Financial Services space - backers of Axis, HDFC, CIBIL, AU small
finance bank, Sharechat, Mamaearth, etc), looking to grow 20x times in the next 3 years to an eventual IPO.
Propelld is set to become one of the largest FinTechs in India over the next 3-4 yrs and hence growth and
opportunities will be limitless at this role
Open Position: Business Development Intern
Expected deliverables:
• Managing Schedules: Oversee and coordinate calendars and appointments to ensure timely
scheduling and execution of meetings.
• Handling Communications: Serve as the primary contact, managing initial calls, emails, and other
communications. Screen and filter requests, assess urgency, and prioritize access and scheduling.
• Preparing Documents: Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
Compile and prepare reports by gathering data from multiple stakeholders.
• Researching and Organizing Data: Conduct research and systematically organize data.
• Recording Meeting Minutes: Take, transcribe, and distribute accurate minutes from
meetings.
• Maintaining Records: Manage and maintain various records and documents.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Candidate pursuing/completed graduation
● Strong knowledge of Propelld product
● Exceptional customer relationship skills
● Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and
external stakeholders. Good negotiation skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Self-starter/Entrepreneur – has to be able to drive initiatives on his own
● Must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment
● High initiatives and ownership
