Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, and images. Ensure content aligns with AiSensy's brand voice and objectives.
  • Platform Management: Manage and oversee social media content across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and any other relevant platforms.
  • Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales. Foster a positive community and add value to users’ social media experience.
  • Analytics: Measure the success of every social media campaign. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and others to track performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Trends and Insights: Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Use insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with influencers and other partners for content creation and distribution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for social media activities and make recommendations on paid advertising.
  • Team Management and Development: Build and manage a social media team capable of scaling with the company’s growth.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
