Position Title: Analyst/ Sr Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
MUFG Bank (MUBK) is strengthening its global operations to deploy stable and competitive operations globally. MUBK’s global directions to accelerate Standardization, Centralization and Automation. MUBK is enhancing the “Regional function” of operations to accelerate the global direction in MUBK APAC branches excluding Mainland China and Japan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Accelerate MUBK’s global direction and strengthen the operations in APAC, including improvement of operation quality(Accuracy, Stability and Productivity) and develop solutions for improvement to streamlining the existing work procedures/processes in branches.
Build a competitive operations framework especially for supporting the Regional Operations team to promote digital transformation and regional system implementation.
Contribute to MUFG business by actively collaborating with local branches, other division in Head Office in Tokyo, Regional team in Asia region and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and collate all the business requirement across multiple global teams.- Closely work with Regional Operations team to create a road map for regional system implementation.- Take initiative in bringing Operational efficiencies through various available system tool.- Support to prepare BRD, user manual and conduct trainings to the stakeholder.- Monitor and control system implementation during multiple project phases from Business side.- Maintain project related data repository and prepare business process documentation.- Work on System Investment budget tasks such as budget securing, monitoring, project prioritizing, budget controlling, and coordination with related Divisions in MUFG.- Strong hands-on data management and presentation to the management on a regular basis.- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and status update on a regular basis.- Effectively communicating insights and plans to Regional Operations team, cross-functional team in India including management.- Follow up with the stakeholder and ensure planned timelines are met.- Drive the meetings and provide the Minutes and action items.
Expertise / knowledge required:
- Having equivalent experience of (5+) years.- University graduate in business or related field- Strong technical background with a good understanding of current technology trends and best practices.- Good experience with Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint- Basic knowledge in the area of requirements definition and software development lifecycle methodology (Agile /Waterfall).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business.- Individual should be self-motivated and flexible.- Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines.- Understanding of CBS products (Loans, Treasury, Derivative, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Export/Import, Accounting/ Information, Common Function)
