About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager (Content) to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for IT, E-commerce, and digital projects, coupled with hands-on experience in managing complex content programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns, and driving results that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end digital content projects, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Implement and oversee agile project management methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance using SEO metrics, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools to ensure success and provide actionable insights.
Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Ensure seamless collaboration with creative, technical, and marketing teams to align content strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital project management, SEO, and E-commerce.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in digital project management, with a strong portfolio of campaigns delivered successfully.
Hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies.
Strong multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in an agency environment.
In-depth understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and digital performance metrics.
Passion for IT, E-commerce, and digital transformation projects.
