Lead Generation Specialist

We are a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm located in the State of New Jersey servicing Fortune 2000 clients and various US government agencies. We are looking for a senior lead generation specialist with extensive experience in performing market research on US-based target clients, digital marketing, and cold calling.
Location
100% remote (Anywhere in India)
Compensation
Competitive Base + recurring commissions on closed accounts
Requirements:
7+ years of B2B lead generation experience
3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, particularly within the IT Services, IT consulting, and US IT Staffing industries.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, latest tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cold-call senior-level decision-makers, procurement, and sourcing teams.
Ability to work independently and meet/exceed targets consistently.
Willingness to work with overlap with EST timezone.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various organic lead generation techniques to identify and qualify potential clients within the Fortune 2000 sector for IT Consulting and staffing business.
Conduct thorough research to understand target markets and develop effective lead-generation strategies.
Engage with prospects through various channels including email, social media, content generation and cold-calling
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain and monitor various quality metrics to improve the lead-generation process
