Key ResponsibilitiesSports Pipeline : Creating a set of Key Accounts from within TMA existing clients as well as potential new clients to pitch and close sports deals- these are predominantly mid and large size SMEsUnderstanding Client’s requirement , understand their brand journey and how Sports media can help their brand in an impactful waySolution based sales : coordinate with the Central Sports planning team to create custom solutions & plans for client buy-in and conversionTeam Management : manage a team of Sports sales managers across our Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore offices.

Job Experience Required:Preferred industry: B2B Services-SME Sales, Media Ad Inventory Sales, Software SaaS sales8-12 years of sales experience

Day-to-Day Work:Create and manage sales pipelineWork with the Central Planning team to create right brand solutionsWorking closely with TMA Account Management team in their city and the HQ team to identify potential clients

Qualifications:Must-Have:B2B sales experience

with minimum 6+ yearsExperience with managing the top 10% of clients in their organization’s businessSME Sales experience

Ability to concurrently engage with 20+ clients at a given point in timeTeam

Leadership : Has managed a team in the pastCommunication & Analytical skills : sound communication skills and analytical insights

Good to Have:Media Ad Sales experience
