Job Description :


- At Modern, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer success-focused Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team.


- Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our ability to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor initiatives crucial for our customers.

- 6+ years' experience in customer-facing role with focus on end-to-end management and delivery of large-scale IT and Big Data projects.

- 3+ years' experience working with Big Data Technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Cloud Native, and Data Lakes in customer-facing or consulting roles.

- Strong ability to align technical concepts & features to required capabilities.

- Proven ability to present technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.

- Familiarity with data engineering techniques, database management, and proficiency in handling large databases will be a significant advantage.

- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, with command on backlog refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection.


- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is desired.

- Strong operational discipline with an analytical, process-oriented mindset and a data-based approach to decision-making and assessment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
