Senior UI/UX Designer

with a passion for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful user interfaces. You will play a key role in designing AI-driven and digital transformation products that deliver high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your portfolio should showcase a strong grasp of both

UI

and

UX

principles, with the ability to design user-centric products that are functional, beautiful, and scalable.

Please note : T his is a freelance role that requires you to work 6 -8 hours daily between 2 PM and 11 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for AI and digital transformation products.Create high-quality

visual designs, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes , and user flows, that reflect excellent

UX practices .Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand customer needs and iterate design solutions.Create

user-centered designs , usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like

Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Develop design systems, UI components, and interactive elements that enhance the overall experience.Ensure consistency of UI/UX patterns across multiple platforms and devices.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation of your designs.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI, UI/UX, and digital transformation.Gather feedback from users and stakeholders, iterate on designs to improve

usability and aesthetics.Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.Stay up to date with the latest

UI/UX trends , technologies, and tools, integrating best practices into your work

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.3+ years

of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and user experience across web and mobile platforms.Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision .Solid understanding of

UX principles , including user research, information architecture, and usability testing.Strong visual design skills, with attention to detail, typography, color theory, and layout.Experience in designing complex digital products and AI-driven applications.Knowledge of

responsive design

and ability to create designs for multiple device types.Experience with prototyping and creating interactive designs using tools like

InVision

or

Axure .Familiarity with

HTML/CSS

and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present your work effectively to stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered approach to design.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working on

AI/ML

or

digital transformation

projects.Familiarity with

design systems

and

component libraries .
