OCP Support & Platform Engineering (Platform Analyst)
Role Focus: Advanced Troubleshooting, Change Management, Automation
Experience: 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and resolve platform issues related to workloads, PVCs, ingress, services, and image registries.
2. Implement configuration changes via YAML/Helm/Kustomize.
3. Maintain Operators, upgrade OpenShift clusters, and validate post patching health.
4. Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps teams for build & deploy troubleshooting.
5. Manage and automate namespace provisioning, RBAC, NetworkPolicies.
6. Maintain logs, monitoring, and alerting tools (Prometheus, EFK, Grafana).
7. Participate in CR and patch planning cycles.
8. Core Tools & Technology Stack
9. Container Platform: OpenShift v4.x, Kubernetes
10. CLI Tools: oc, kubectl, Helm, Kustomize
11. Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos
12. Logging: Fluentd, EFK Stack, Loki
13. CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton
14. Automation: Ansible, Terraform
15. Security: Vault, SCCs, RBAC, NetworkPolicies
