Tier 1 Support Engineer (Japanese)Experience : 4+ YrsWork Location : Bangalore
Requirement: Japanese-speaking Tier 1 Support1. JLPT N3 or Above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese & English languages2. Work in Shifts (incl. weekends) to align with Japanese working hours3. Ability to coordinate with Customer SMEs, Onsite & Offshore teams.
Good-to-Have:1. IT experience in Application Maintenance or Production Support projects2. Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, ITIL framework3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills4. Experience in ServiceNow or any other ticketing tools.
