About the Role

is a commercial real estate consultancy specialising in retail and office rentals. We're looking for a Telecaller who can connect with property owners, confirm property availability, collect property details, and manage listings across platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to landlords/property owners to confirm if their shop/showroom/office is available for rent
  • Collect all key property details including location, size, rent, and photos
  • Enter property details accurately into Excel/Google Sheets
  • Organise property photos in labelled folders on Google Drive or a computer
  • Post available property images and details in relevant WhatsApp and Facebook groups
  • Follow up regularly with owners to update listing status
  • Coordinate with the internal team for visits or more detailed listings when needed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (Basic English preferred)
  • Comfortable with telecalling and handling owner conversations confidently
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, WhatsApp, and Facebook posting
  • Good data organisation and attention to detail
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and punctual

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate coordination
  • Familiarity with commercial areas and retail spaces in Ahmedabad is a plus
