Our Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages machinelearning, text analytics, and powerful data visualizations to deliver actionable insights.We’re trusted by flagship customers globally and continue to grow our brand recognitionin the space.We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to strengthen our team in Kochi,India.In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and innovating within our cloud-based Saa S product, hosted 100% on Microsoft Azure.Responsibilities:- Support daily operations of cloud environments on Microsoft Azure- Improve monitoring, stability, and reliability of the platform- Own incident response end to end- Identify and implement automation opportunities- Manage automated and manual deployments- Maintain, upgrade, harden, and patch VMs- Document processes and propose new procedures to improve operations- Handle 2nd and 3rd level service requests- Collaborate closely within a highly technical, multi-skilled teamTechnical Competencies:- Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server and Power Shell- Solid experience in infrastructure or Saa S architecture- Trained, certified, or experienced in Microsoft Azure- Good understanding of Windows, virtualization, and networks- Strong troubleshooting skills under SLA constraints- A mindset focused on automation and integrationAbout You:- You take pride in your work and aim to make a difference- You’re a team player who demonstrates ownership and gets things done- You communicate clearly, ask for help when needed, and provide it when othersneed support- You can manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment- You’re hungry to learn, passionate about technology, and stay on top of trendsQualifications:- Degree in IT, networking, computer science, or equivalent- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in operations, infrastructure, or a similarroleNice to Haves:- Experience in a Saa S product company- Familiarity with ISMS (ISO27001/GDPR)- ITIL CertificationWhat You’ll Get at Resonate:- Support and guidance to grow within your role and beyond- Work with highly skilled peers in a culture of knowledge sharing- Be part of a growing and fun culture that you help shape- Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and approachesThis is your chance to join a company entering its next chapter of growth.
