Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Professional to manage and oversee housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and overall office upkeep operations for a large corporate facility in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, vendor coordination, people management, and process improvement within a corporate or hospitality setup. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, and office maintenance activities. Oversee upkeep of interiors, exteriors, and recreation zones (gym, resting rooms, play area, etc.). Ensure sufficient stock and inventory of housekeeping and cleaning materials. Handle vendor lifecycle — selection, performance monitoring, renewals, billing, and payments. Implement housekeeping systems, SOPs, and audit schedules. Monitor quality of services and manage escalations efficiently. Support in budget creation, utilization tracking, and analysis. Supervise housekeeping staff, conduct training, and ensure EHS compliance. Support CSR and sustainability initiatives and manage AMC renewals within deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements: Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with specialization in Housekeeping (mandatory). 6–11 years of experience managing soft services in a corporate or hospitality environment. Strong communication skills — fluency in English, Hindi , and preferably Telugu . Demonstrated expertise in people management , vendor handling, and process documentation. Proven ability to handle budgeting, reporting, and operational analytics . Exposure to large or mid-sized MNCs / 5-star hotels preferred. Flexible to work in shifts and non-traditional weekly offs.
