Job Description – Auditor ExecutiveRoles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct and support internal audits, ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and company regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate ROC filings and statutory submissions.
  • Manage tax compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company and directors.
  • Review and maintain accurate daily accounting records, including income, expenses, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with MIS reports.
  • Coordinate closely with statutory, internal, and tax auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits with proper documentation.
  • Apply prior experience in bank audits to enhance internal financial controls and reporting practices.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of financial documents for audit readiness.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws, Companies Act provisions, and accounting standards.
  • Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights from audit findings.

Requirements

Education:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting/audit, with exposure to ROC filing, taxation, and statutory audits.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of audit processes, GST, TDS, ITR, and Companies Act compliance.
  • (Preferred) Direct experience in bank audits and internal control assessments.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other:

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential financial data with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
