We are a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) company that specializes in transforming data within the US healthcare industry through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Expert (IC role) to develop and execute strategies for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in the software product industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust recruitment background, particularly within software product companies, and a passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Attract top talent lateral hires from top-notch product first companies.Enhance the company's brand to attract high-quality candidates.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability.Utilize advanced tools and methodologies to streamline the recruitment process.Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisitionPrepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to managementBuild relationship and execute annual campus hiring drives in top institutes (IIT, ISB, IIM, etc.)
Desired Profile2 to 5 years of experience, specifically with expertise in tech hiring for SaaS and product-first companies.Expertise in recruiting for tech roles, specifically Java, Microsoft, Big Data stack, data science, data analytics, AI/ML, manual and automation testers, Product Delivery, Product Design, etcPrior campus hiring experience from Tier 1 institutes (e.g., IIT, IIM, ISB) is preferableProficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Lever, etc and data analysis for decision-makingExperience in talent branding and managing talent initiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
