Job Title: Front-End Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands on Front-End Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-performance web applications. This role focuses on modern front-end technologies, primarily Angular, and requires strong leadership and hands-on development expertise.

You will work closely with cross-functional teamsproduct, backend, UX, and QA—to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. Ideal candidates bring a blend of technical depth, team leadership, and domain knowledge, preferably in the oil & gas or industrial software space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a front-end development team; establish coding standards and best practices.
  • Architect and develop complex Angular-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product and backend teams to align on requirements and technical solutions.
  • Drive front-end performance optimization, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide code reviews, technical discussions, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ensure high code quality and maintainability through modern development practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of front-end development experience, with strong Angular (10+) expertise.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end tooling (Angular CLI, Webpack, ).
  • Experience with state management (NgRx/Redux) and REST API integration.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.
  • Exposure to .NET-based APIs and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile development experience.

Preferred:

  • Background in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Engineering domains.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
