Angular Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus)

Location: Bengaluru

Department: Amadeus Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an Angular Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend orientation to design and deliver intuitive travel experiences on Amadeus platforms. You will build modern, scalable UIs while also handling backend integration when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, dynamic SPAs using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
  • Work extensively with RxJS, NgRx (state management), Angular Material.
  • Create reusable UI components and optimize rendering performance.
  • Implement progressive web app (PWA) features for offline capabilities.
  • Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services ).
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG, ARIA).
  • Apply unit/e2e testing frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Protractor.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of frontend features.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
  • Experience with state management (NgRx, Akita, NGXS).
  • Strong grasp of RxJS, Observables, async programming.
  • Familiar with UI libraries: Angular Material, PrimeNG, Nebular.
  • Experience building responsive layouts with Flex Layout/Bootstrap.
  • Backend familiarity with Java Spring Boot or
  • Experience with Webpack, Vite, or Angular CLI for bundling/optimization.
  • Proficiency in unit and e2e testing tools (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, Jest).
