Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Automation Specialist. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing process automation systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting automation issues, creating and maintaining test cases, and ensuring the quality of automated processes. Collaboration with various teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Process Automation and Automation
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Experience with creating and managing Test Cases
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
