About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving performance marketing, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns for international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.
Optimize campaigns for higher ROI, lower CPA, and improved CTR .
Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with creative & content teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes .
Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.
Requirements:
4–5+ years of proven experience in Google & Meta Ads management
Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, remarketing, and funnel optimization
Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Hands-on with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Prior experience handling international markets (US, UK, EU, APAC) preferred
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
