About the role:We are seeking a highly skilled Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving performance marketing, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns for international markets.Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, A/B testing, tracking, and reporting.- Optimize campaigns for higher ROI, lower CPA, and improved CTR.- Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with creative & content teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.- Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations for management.Requirements:4–5+ years of proven experience in Google & Meta Ads managementStrong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, remarketing, and funnel optimizationExperience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion trackingHands-on with A/B testing and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication & presentation skillsPrior experience handling international markets (US, UK, EU, APAC) preferredGoogle Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
