About the RoleWe’re hiring a senior PPC & Programmatic Specialist to manage campaigns across Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, and The Trade Desk. You’ll own the full SEM + DSP lifecycle from strategy to execution while leveraging GA & GTM for advanced tracking and insights.What You’ll DoPlan, launch & optimize PPC + programmatic campaigns across major platformsConduct keyword research, audience targeting & media planningOptimize bids, budgets & creatives to hit KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROAS)Use GA & GTM to track conversions and build remarketing audiences (incl. YouTube)Deliver insights & recommendations through dashboards and reportsStay ahead of SEM & DSP trends and platform updates✅What We’re Looking For5+ years’ hands-on PPC + programmatic experienceExpertise with Google Ads, GA, GTM, Amazon Ads, and The Trade DeskStrong track record managing large ad budgets with measurable ROIAnalytical mindset + ability to present insights to stakeholdersWilling to work the US shift (6:30 PM IST- 3:30 AM IST)✨Bonus SkillsRemarketing, shopping ads, display & YouTube campaignsCRO, A/B & multivariate testingFamiliarity with dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Datorama)
