We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, while also providing guidance and mentorship to your team members.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Dynamics 365 solutions with a focus on Customer Service, Case Management, and Field Service (preferred).

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

- Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and implement robust and scalable cloud solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and Azure cloud services (experience a plus).

- Utilize a strong understanding of data migration techniques, third-party integrations (APIs/SSIS), plug-ins, and automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure development processes.

- Effectively manage project lifecycles, adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.

- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.

- 3-5 years of experience implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

- Strong working knowledge of C#, ASP.

- .NET, JSON, JavaScript development, or other object-oriented programming languages.

- Proven experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- 3-5 years of experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2 days/week in person).
