Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide technical support and expertise for our clients' Linux-based systems, web services, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure). The successful candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a passion for resolving complex technical issues. Experience with SnapLogic integration platform is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for Linux-based systems, web services, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).

  2. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

  3. Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams (development, sales, and product management) to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.

  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Linux, web services, cloud computing, and networking.

  7. Provide training and support to junior team members and clients as needed.

Required Skills:

  1. Operating System with Linux, Windows.

  2. Web services (Rest & Soap API, etc.)Y

  3. Cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)

  4. Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

  5. Troubleshooting and debugging skills

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Technical Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  2. 3+ years of experience in technical support, or a related field.

  3. Strong understanding of Linux operating systems, web services, and cloud computing.
