Description:We are now recruiting Manager for our Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities:

·

Oversee the accurate and timely closing of financial books at the end of each accounting period.·

Ensure compliance with accounting standards during the closing process.·

Ensuring prepaid expenses, provision are properly booked.·

Preparation of Fixed Assets register.·

Analysis of Assets & Liabilities.·

Analysis of profit & loss account.·

Variance Analysis with historical period.·

Analysis of working capital Schedule.·

Preparation of business plan.·

Scrutiny of balance sheet and profit & Loss account.·

Review balance sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash flow..

Review Tax returns prepared by Team,.

Review Tax compliances with team·

Analysis of AR & AP Ageing.·

Preparation of inventory ageing·

Liaising with auditor.·

Variance Analysis with budgeted figures.·

Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.·

Providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Required Skills & Experience:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.Minimum 5-year post qualification experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood presentation skills.Good understanding of Accounting StandardsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Growth and target oriented.
